Shipping and Payment Methods

Before paying for your order, find out the entire procedure from the moment you select a product for sale in our Store, until it arrives at your home. Have all the necessary information available:

LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

The sale or provision of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 is prohibited.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Many of the products offered for sale in our Store are limited editions or items with limited stock.

All items for sale are subject to existing stock. Orders will be executed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of any temporary or even permanent disruption, the customer will be duly notified.

PRICE OF ITEMS

All prices indicated are in € (Euros) and include VAT.

ORDER PROCESSING AND RELATED NOTICES

After completing the Purchase, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the Purchase. Within a maximum period of 2 working days you will receive a new email confirming acceptance of the order.

COLLECTION AND SHIPPING OF ORDERS

Payment for Services, bank transfer or MBway

Adega Paulo da Fonseca works with certified transporters.

Orders can be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days after confirmation of payment made.

PRICE POLICY ON THE SITE

In the event of the occurrence of a computer, manual, technical error, or of any other origin, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by Adega Paulo da Fonseca in the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled.

TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS AND PACKAGING

The Adega Paulo da Fonseca has its own packaging for transporting merchandise, developed with the specific purpose of effectively protecting its contents.

In case of any damage, contact us immediately at geral@adegapaulodafonseca.com. We will try to resolve the situation promptly.
