Many of the products offered for sale in our Store are limited editions or items with reduced stock.

All items for sale are subject to existing stock. Orders will be executed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of any temporary or even permanent disruption, the customer will be duly advised.

ORDER PROCESSING AND ITS NOTICES

After completing the Purchase, the Customer will receive an email with confirmation of receipt. Within a maximum period of 2 working days you will receive a new email confirming the acceptance of the order.

COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION OF ORDERS

You will have at your disposal payment by VISA.

Adega Paulo da Fonseca works with certified transporters. At the moment, only in mainland Portugal.

The delivery of orders except products available at "Loja Na Hora" can be made up to a maximum of 10 working days after confirmation of the payment made.

SITE PRICE POLICY

In the event of a computer error, manual, technical, or from any other source, which causes a substantial change not anticipated by Adega Paulo da Fonseca in the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly insignificant, the purchase order will be considered invalid and voided.

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS AND PACKAGING

Adega Paulo da Fonseca has its own packaging for the transport of goods, developed with the specific purpose of effectively protecting its contents.

In case of any damages, contact us immediately at geral@adegapaulodafonseca.com . We will try to resolve the situation promptly.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The customer will only be able to cancel his order if it has not yet been paid and is not yet being processed.

To cancel, you must send an email to geral@adegapaulodafonseca.com, being informed of all the steps that will follow to cancel the reply.

RETURN OF ITEMS

Adega Paulo da Fonseca recognizes its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into, allowing them to return the products purchased within 14 days within the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 5/20. To initiate the return process, the customer must send an email to geral@adegapaulodafonseca.com, being informed of all the steps that will follow to return the product and refund the money paid in the meantime, less the return expenses , within a maximum period of 30 days.

In order for the return to be accepted, the returned product must be in proper conditions of use (including labels and back-labels) and the return must include the original packaging that accompanied the product.
