Terms and conditions


The sale or provision of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is prohibited.

The purchase of products in E-Commerce at the Online Store is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose

1.1 These General Conditions in force are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Service in the Online Store

1.2 The purchase of any product in the Online Store implies the acceptance of the present General Conditions of Sale Online.

1.3. Access to the Online Store is free and does not require prior subscription or user registration.

2. Product, Price and Content Information

2.1 The online store reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

2.2 The images that illustrate each product may differ from the product subsequently delivered.

2.3 Items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. In the event of a temporary or permanent out of stock, the customer will be duly advised and an alternative of products with similar characteristics will be suggested.

2.4 Under Portuguese law, product prices are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. The cost of transport for the customer is not included.

3. Order and payment

3.1. To make a purchase at the Online Store, the user must fill in the form for this purpose with all the requested data.

You must follow all the steps described in it, so that the order is successfully completed.

3.2 After confirming the order, you must select the payment method you want, among the available options,
Any order placed will only be processed after payment is received. The formalization of the order alone does not constitute a reservation of the products.

3.3 After confirming the order, an email will be sent to the contact address registered by the customer, with all details about delivery, billing and payment information. 3.4 Changes to the conditions of orders not shipped or the cancellation of an order not shipped can be made when requested through email

3.5 If an order cannot be satisfied in part or in whole, the customer will be contacted immediately by the online store

3.6 Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is made. Conversion rates for payments made in other currencies must be borne by the customer.

4. Shipping costs

4.1 The cost of postage is calculated according to the weight of the products, destination and the total value of the order.

4.2. The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart before final order validation, in the case of deliveries to mainland Portugal.


5. Delivery

5.1 Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock and payment as soon as possible.

5.2 The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer.

5.3 The transport service is performed by CTT, or by a duly selected carrier.

5.4 If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order or pick it up at the location indicated, the customer is requested to contact him via email

5.5 All products sent must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he must return it immediately to the carrier, indicate the reason for the return and immediately inform the Online Store by email

6. Returns / complaints
6.1. Satisfaction Return - The consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day when the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day when the consumer acquires physical possession of the last item, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to return your order, and without needing to indicate the reason, in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL No. 24/2014, of 14/02.

In the case of an item returned within the period established by law and in the same condition as it was sold, refunds the customer the total amount paid for the item (postage not included) within a maximum period of 10 working days.

8 .. These general online sales conditions can be changed without notice, and should therefore be consulted before placing any order.

9. (RAL) Alternative dispute resolution

All purchases made on this site are subject to Portuguese law.

Any conflict in the understanding of these Terms and Conditions must be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes:
